This website is operated by Ecombase Group Ltd, trading as Essense ("Essense", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 16824426, registered office 434 St Ann's Road, London N15 3JH, United Kingdom. Contact: markus@essense.co.

2. Our products

We sell food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Not intended for persons under 18.

3. Orders and pre-sale

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed with Ecombase Group Ltd when we send our order confirmation. Pre-sale orders dispatch from the indicated date (currently the first week of January 2027). We will inform you promptly of any delay. You may cancel a pre-sale order any time before dispatch for a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer where indicated and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Subscriptions

Governed by our Subscription Policy. Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. The 3-Month Plan is billed for three months at a time; you can cancel at any time and your plan ends after the cycle you have already paid for. Cancel in your account or via Cancel contracts here.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, and our 30-day money-back promise applies to your first order. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are unaffected.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for unforeseeable losses, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the products concerned.

Content on this site, including research summaries, is general information and not medical advice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers resident elsewhere retain mandatory local protections. Non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
