Essense exists because the supplement industry is full of noise: proprietary blends, underdosed ingredients and wellness trends with no science behind them.

We took a different route. Instead of a shelf of single bottles, we design systems that work as one: a daily foundation, a training-day layer, and the two staples everyone needs done properly. Every dose on the label, every batch tested, everything built to be used on an ordinary Tuesday morning.

Why we exist

Enhance human capability.

Longevity has an image problem. It sounds like something for later, for the person who noticed at 50. We think the opposite: the compounding starts the day you start, and the people who gain most are the ones who train, work hard and think in decades. Our mission is to enhance human capability, quietly, every morning, with formulas that hold up to the science and to daily life.

A note from the founder

We were the customer.

Essense started with a drawer full of half-used bottles and no idea which of them worked. We wanted one honest daily base: every dose on the label, nothing to decode, good enough to take every single morning. Nobody made it, so we did.

We are a small team in London. We read the studies before we write a label, we take Protocol 01 ourselves, and we would rather ship one product properly than ten products badly.
