Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Delivery costs
Free standard delivery on every order, subscriptions and one-time purchases alike.
EU orders: duties and taxes
Prices shown for EU orders include VAT. There are no duties or import taxes to pay on delivery.
Pre-sale
Protocol 01 is currently on pre-sale. Every order placed before our first dispatch ships in the first week of January 2027. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can cancel a pre-sale order free of charge any time before dispatch.
Carriers and delivery times (from dispatch)
- UK standard: 2 to 3 working days with Royal Mail, DHL or UPS
- EU standard: 3 to 7 working days with DHL or UPS
Issues
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at markus@essense.co and we will resolve it promptly. Risk passes to you on delivery.
