Subscription Policy

How our subscriptions work

Monthly Subscription (£67 / €78 per month)

  • Renews automatically every month; one 30-day supply per delivery
  • Free delivery; the glass water bottle ships with your first order
  • Cancel, pause or skip at any time, no minimum commitment. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle if made at least 48 hours before renewal.

3-Month Plan (£57 / €66 per month equivalent)

  • Billed £171 / €198 every 3 months; 90-day supply per cycle
  • Pre-sale offer on first orders placed until Cyber Monday, 30 November 2026: pay for 3 months and receive 5 months of Protocol 01, plus the glass bottle. Your first renewal is then due 5 months after first dispatch, and every 3 months after that.
  • Without the pre-sale offer, your first order includes 3 months of Protocol 01, the glass bottle and the metal jar (sachets) or steel scoop (doypack). With the pre-sale offer, doypack orders include the steel scoop.
  • Cancel at any time; your plan ends after the cycle you have already paid for.

Pre-sale note

Your first order is charged today. Protocol 01 dispatches in the first week of January 2027, and your renewal cycle counts from first dispatch. We will remind you by email before your first renewal.

How to cancel

  • via Cancel contracts here, or
  • by email to markus@essense.co, and we confirm every cancellation by email.

Renewal reminders and price changes

We notify you by email before each renewal charge. If we change subscription prices, we give at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we retry and notify you; the subscription is paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.

Your statutory rights

The 14-day cancellation right applies to each delivered order, and our 30-day money-back promise applies to your first order. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
