You can cancel your Essense subscription at any time — no calls, no hassle.

Option 1 — In your account (instant)

Cancel now in my account

Log in → Subscriptions → Cancel. Effective immediately for the next billing cycle.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to [EMAIL] with the following details, and we will confirm your cancellation by email without undue delay:

  • Your name
  • The email address used for the order
  • Order or subscription number (if available)
  • Desired cancellation date (otherwise: earliest possible date)

What happens next

  • Monthly subscription: no further renewals; already-paid deliveries still ship.
  • 3-month plan: cancellation takes effect after the three-month minimum term (any time after: next billing cycle).
  • You always receive a cancellation confirmation by email — keep it as proof.
